Because of the specific needs and controls required we only clean rugs in our Rowville Rug Laundry. Please note we cannot guarantee anything beyond our control such as: pre-existing damage, loose dyes, shrinkage, dry rot, flood damage, and the removal of some stains and odours, for example: urine, bleach, acid and food dyes can rarely be removed. *Due to occupational health and safety rules and insurance we are not covered to move furniture. Please have rugs clear of furniture for our driver to collect.
